What do I need to order a report?

Use the Japanese chassis number or VIN. If you’re ordering by auction lot, enter the lot number, auction name and auction date. We don’t automatically identify the car before checkout, so please check your entries carefully.

What is included in the $7 price?

One vehicle’s complete available auction report package: original auction sheets, English translation, available vehicle photographs and auction history. Multiple available auction records for the same vehicle are included together.

When will I receive my report?

Reports are prepared manually, around the clock, with delivery within 30 minutes after payment confirmation. New payments are checked automatically on the blockchain before preparation starts. Watch your order status in My reports.

Which cryptocurrencies and networks can I use?

Choose USDT on TRON (TRC20), USDC on Base, or USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). The maximum is 7; your invoice includes a small discount to create an exact matching amount. Use the address and exact coin/network shown on your order’s payment page. Network or withdrawal fees are separate. Send the exact amount within 45 minutes. We check payments automatically in the background. You can follow confirmation in your account. A transaction hash can help locate it. Network confirmation can take several minutes.

What if I enter the wrong details?

Contact support with your order reference to request a correction or report replacement. Entries are processed after checkout; vehicle availability is not checked in advance.

Where can I download the files?

Sign in with the same Google account and open My reports. When your order is ready, you can download its files again at any time. Email notifications are not connected yet.
